Peer Review

Each submitted manuscript will undergo an initial screening by the Editors to determine whether it falls within the journal’s scope and meets basic quality standards. Manuscripts that do not pass this evaluation will be rejected without being sent for peer review.

All manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be sent to at least two external reviewers for evaluation using a single-blind peer-review process. Authors may suggest appropriate reviewers.

The decision to accept or reject a manuscript rests with the Editors and is based on the reviewers’ evaluations, which assess the manuscript’s originality and contribution to the subject area.

Following the peer review process, a manuscript may be (1) accepted, (2) accepted with minor revisions, (3) accepted with major revisions, or (4) rejected. Manuscripts requiring revisions will be returned to the authors along with the reviewers’ comments and recommendations.

Once the authors have revised the manuscript, they must submit the revised version to the Editor together with a response letter detailing how each reviewer comment and recommendation was addressed. All modifications made to the manuscript should be indicated using blue text.

The Editor will evaluate the revised manuscript and determine whether an additional external review is necessary.

The Editor will then make a decision: the manuscript may be accepted or returned to the authors for further revisions.

In some cases, the authors may be invited to resubmit a manuscript that has been rejected.

Dates of receipt, acceptance, and publication will be included in each published article.
